The report notes that the vast majority of women’s experiences are “a combination of avoidance, a fear of the procedure and discomfort due to the skin being sensitive.”
It also says that while many men prefer a more natural tanning experience, “many women are looking for a more dramatic, intense, and pleasurable tanning process.”
So, for women who can’t afford a full-body tan, what’s a good option?
According to the WorldHealth report, a tan is usually not a must-do for most women.
“A more natural approach is probably not recommended for women of all ages,” the authors write.
But, if you want a full, healthy tan, the report suggests you go with a massage.
It notes that “the more time that passes before the tanning session, the more likely it is that the skin will be damaged.”
The report recommends using “skin-softeners” like mineral oil and mineral powder, which can help to help reduce the amount of water that needs to be removed from the skin.
And the recommended temperature for a natural tan should be between 35° and 40°F (4° and 5°C), depending on your age, body type, skin type, and the amount and type of sun exposure you have.
But that doesn’t mean you have to use those things just to get your hands on one.
In fact, there are plenty of products available to help get you started.
The World Health Report suggests using products like “tanning strips” and “skin strips” to get started.
For women, the World Bank also has a wealth of recommendations on how to get a tan.
It offers advice on how men should start tanning, and for men, on how they should stop.
The W.H.O. recommends a “very gradual” approach to tanning.
And it recommends getting a tan at least once a week.
If you’re looking to make it happen, you should follow the recommendations of the W. H.O., which suggests using a “medium to high-temperature” tanning massage.
“For men, this is a gentle and even temperature, with the skin softening gradually,” the W H. O. says.
And if you’re a woman, it advises “a more intense tanning technique.”
So if you don’t have time to get all that in one go, it may be best to try a few different products.
