The Trim and Tones of Yoga
Yoga has long been a cornerstone of Western culture, but it has been increasingly eclipsed by more mainstream disciplines such as dance, dance, and music.
But now, a new breed of practitioners, known as the “trim and tone” practitioners, are taking a different approach to the ancient practices of yoga.
From the New York Times article: “This new style of practice, known informally as the trim and toning, has come to be associated with a new age of yoga and has inspired new generations of practitioners to explore and transcend the ancient tradition.”
“Trim & Tone” practitioners are also using techniques from dance to jazz to contemporary hip-hop to help them connect to their body.
This is a very new approach to traditional yoga, but the benefits of the practice are clear.
It is said that when you’re trim and tone, you’re able to focus on the breath, your body, your inner voice, and your inner soul.
That’s what yoga is all about.

“It’s a very different approach, and it’s something that people who are very familiar with yoga in general, they see this as something that’s very close to yoga in terms of how it’s practiced, how it functions,” Dr. Toni Harms, the founder of the Trimming and Toning Certification, told HuffPost.
“But there are many other things that come along with it.
It’s a different way of thinking.
It doesn’t necessarily follow a particular yoga tradition.”
And the benefits, as Dr. Harms points out, are clear: “I have a great time doing it,” she said.
“I get into the body, and I can really feel the way I feel.”
And you can practice it at home, too.
“It’s just something that you do when you have time, it’s a lot of fun,” she told HuffPost, noting that you can take it at your office or home.
You can do it at the office, you can do this at home.
So if you’re looking for something to practice, it can be very relaxing.
You just need to be aware that you’re in a very intense and intense time.
“You have to really be aware of what you’re doing,” Dr Harms said.
If there’s any concern, she said, “I’ve seen people come in and say, ‘I’m going to start with yoga, I’m going take my yoga classes and then this will be all fun and all wonderful and then I’m gonna move on to another discipline.’
But it’s not that way.
It can be quite overwhelming.
You’re not going to be distracted by anything.””
So, to me, the best way to do it is to go and just relax and just get in your yoga practice, and let the yoga happen.
